High Speed/High Containment Tablet Press
The AQUARIUS C is the world's first high containment tablet press that offers high vacuum tablet production, automatic wash down with WIP functions and vacuum drying for high efficiency production of potent compounds. This press also meets IP65 standards, which allow for external wash down.
Product Features
It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 10ton pre and 10ton main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 20~100 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 36 station press of 43,200 to 216,000 tablets per hour.
The machine dimensions are approx. W1,000mm ×D1,000mm×H2,000mm. (The height was required approx. 3,000mm for Level 3 machine) The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 316 with electro polishing. Also it provides turret changeability as standard, this feature serves to reduce product changeover time, as well as to increase the presses flexibility by allowing the use of B and D tooling on the same press.
