KIKUSUI NEWGEMINI 3L is a Three Layer Single-sided rotary tablet press. It can produce 3 layer tablet with 3 different feed frames and compression rollers. It has B (BB/D) type keyed upper punch sockets, 5kN 1st / 2nd compression, 100kN main compression rollers.
Product Features
It has BB type keyed upper punch sockets, 30kN 1st / 2nd compression, 50kN main compression rollers, and 7.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 10-30 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 67 station press of 42,200 to 120,600 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W1,200mm × D1,200mm × H2,000mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
