Bi-Layer Rotary Tablet Press
KIKUSUI LIBRA2-2L is a Bi-layer Single-sided rotary tableting machine, especially for pilot plant & small scale production use.
It can produce bi-layer tablet with 2 different feed frames and compression rollers. Also include a sampling device for the first layer tablets, Cross contamination of the powders for the first and second layers is prevented as well.
Product Features
It has B type keyed upper punch sockets, 3 ton 1st compression, 8 ton main compression rollers, and 5.5kW electric motor. The speed of the turret is 10~40 rpm yielding a throughout capacity for a 36 station press of 21,600 to 86,400 tablets per hour. The machine dimensions are approx.W840mm×D940mm×H1,790mm.
The external finish is stainless steel. The powder/tablet contact parts are arranged from Stainless Steel 304 with mechanical polishing.
